Here is how it works: Experienced CTE teachers volunteer to offer advice to new CTE teachers via E-mail and/or our blog. Mentees requesting advice, suggestions, or help related to a specific content area are matched up with experienced CTE teachers. Members also have access to various blog(s) where general forums for topics or questions that potentially benefit more than one individual can be found.
